Introduction: What Does Detox Do
There are 5(five) main needs of our body, they are; oxygen, water, food/nutrition, elimination/cleansing/detoxification, and protection, our body is an amazing system that has the ability to cure itself if provided these right conditions and environment.

For the first 21 days your foods must be at least 80% raw:

Blend well, adding more water if desired. Strain through cheesecloth to remove fiber. Then, mix the almond milk half and half with fresh grape juice.
