- 1½ cup rolled oats
- 1½ cup cooked quinoa
- ¼ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup grape seed or vegetable oil
- ½ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ cup dried cranberries
Quinoa Cranberry Cookies Preparation Steps

In a small dish, mix the oil and maple syrup; put aside.

Form a dough by combining the two mixtures, then stir in the dried cranberries.
